Wicklow Coxswain attends new RNLI College opening
Wicklow lifeboat Coxswain Sean Byrne (Second row centre) attended the opening by Her Majesty the Queen of the new RNLI Training College at Poole in July 2004.A few weeks earlier Sean and his wife Anne representing Wicklow lifeboat Station and the Irish Division of the RNLI attended the Queen's Annual tea party at Buckingham Palace.
