lifeboat RNLB ANNIE BLAKER launched at 9-25am on Tuesday 11September 2007 to assist a small fishing vessel
off the Wicklow Coast.
Wicklow
lifeboat RNLB ANNIE BLAKER was launched at 2-18pm on Saturday 18th
August under the command of Coxswain Nick Keogh and 6 crew, to assist a small
whelk fishing vessel.
Wicklow RNLI Lifeboat RNLB ANNIE BLAKER was launched on Thursday 23 August at 2-05pm to assist a 35 motor cruiser in Wicklow bay.The cruiser had left Wicklow harbour with 13 children and 2 adults onboard for a trip around the bay, during the trip she experienced mechanical failure about one mile East of the harbour , the lifeboat was alongside the cruiser at 2-15pm and a towline was quickly established , weather conditions at the time was wind North Easterly Force 4 -5 , the cruiser was towed back to the harbour and by 2-35pm the lifeboat crew had the vessel and its 15 occupants safely alongside the East Pier. The lifeboat returned to station .
